Iya is a graduate of the Ural Branch of the Ilya Glazunov Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, specializing in easel painting. Participant of Russian and international exhibitions.
Works in painting, drawing, printmaking, installation, and mixed media on textiles.
In 2023 she realized the project "Kind Book". Its result was the creation of a book about the Red Data birds of Perm Krai, illustrated by children from rehabilitation centers.
Iya's works are held in the collection of the Dagestan Museum of Fine Arts, and in private collections in Russia and abroad.
